On the K-member swap, you may have to elongate the rear bolt holes that attach the K-member at the fire wall. We swapped a 2001 k-member into a Fox and that was the only mod we had to make. If you want to minimize any re-drilling or fab work look for a k-member out of the V-6 cars or a 94-95 GT which still had the 5.0 motor. The 5.0 motor will drop right in.
Hurstmeister is dead on about the control arms too. We tried fitting on the 2001 arms at first and had way to much camber, even with the camber plates at their minimum setting. Also try to use 94-95 spindles. They are the ones with the raised steering arm. Using the 96-up puts the tie rod too low and may cause bumpsteer problems. If you look at Maximum Motorsports (
Maximum Motorsports, the Latemodel Mustang Performance Suspension Leader!) website they have a full page about which pieces work best with SN95 to Fox front suspension swaps. I believe they also have the correct linkage to connect a Fox steering shaft to an SN95 rack.
