Is your car a factory 5 speed? If the answer to that is no, the firewall where the clutch master cylinder mounts might have been drilled incorrectly and the rod is out of alignment with the pedal. If they aren't lined up right when the clutch is pushed in and out the rod will tear up the inside of the master cylinder. If that's not the case try the OEM Nabco/tokico unit. (I forget who makes it, but it's one of those two companies)
