Did you try opening the valve more? does the clutch pedal seem to get more stiff or stay the same? Are you sure the fork that attaches to the tranny and the slave is installed properly? Have you done a google search? Check out the how to's on you tube and double check you arent forgetting any steps... just ideas man g/l
