Everytime I try to apply an avatar that is 80x80 or even 79x79 to be smaller, the kb is still well below the limit and it keeps giving an error.

Unable to save image

I know this was addressed in multiple places at different times but the issue is still there. Some also said the same thing is happening with the profile picture.

Already scaled down I'm trying to add this image as an avatar.
