You might be onto something, I just checked and compared pics ... These are probably Drag DR23's. Same difference really, fake wheels are fake wheels to me.

These belong to my brother and he asked me to post them for him, so I did. I said Rota Slipstreams cause that's what they look like to me at first glance. It really doesn't matter what brand they are (Rota, Drag, or Tracklite), at the price of $250 with great tires it's a steal. These are perfect beater wheels - that's what we use 'em for.
