I hit up Anderson today - it was hot as hell.
Forgetting that i was going karting I ran 3 miles this morning - yea I'm beat.
I ran a 59 flat which is slower than last time, but the guy said the karts are about a second slower right now because of the heat.
Overall I had a good time but it was HOT as balls out there.
