putting a nissan engine into a honda is not impossible, but being a v6, the vq35 is heavy and will turn your accord into a nose-hevy gorilla. 4k would not get it done. you could listen to these guys and turbo your single slammer, or you could do what id recommend and add the h22 with maybe some type s cams to begin with. it may not be your 280 hp, but it will probably be in the 180 whp range, which will be enough to walk on your every day ricer civic. h22's can be turbo'ed, supercharged, or built into sick all-motor monsters. most any decent dual cam honda motor has boatloads of potential these days. u can make as much power to the wheels with an h22 all motor as the vq motor. with turbo or nitrous the possibilities are endless. basically my point is, 4k is not going to get you 280 hp. cars are an expensive hobby, and if you plan on turning your car into a fast car, you will have to spend money. 4k is definetly a good starting point tho. if i were u id get the h22.
