You shouldn't even consider turbocharging a vehicle with ignition/wiring issues to begin with.
You should resolve the issue first. If you have an ignition issue with a turbo vehicle i.e.. miss-firing it generally won't hurt the motor.

You should not use any aftermarket napa, autozone distributor parts.
Use only oem honda....
