Then after watching the video again, and paying closer attention, if you look, all that stuff on the table they show in the beginning is pretty impressive.
Things I spotted that impressed me:
R/C car/airplane engine
Mini engine block
Piston/rod/crankshaft
Multiplate clutch assembly
3D printing is insanely expensive. I don't think that anyone makes one big enough to do a type-x lip (maybe the original 2-piece version) (yes I know you're joking), and it would cost probably $5k for that volume using an FDM (ABS plastic).
If you want cool big 3D stuff, check out what 5-axis (the company) has made. I think they made a real Hot Wheels Twinmill by starting with a 3D scan of the toy.
