they are harsh for a daily driver. the HE is a drift spec setup...meant for street and track drifting. It makes the car very firm, but is completely adjustable for height and dampening.

In drifting you need to be able to run the car pretty low to the ground, but have it be flat as a board. HE is currently what Enthalpy is running on his. Its harsh, but for what it is, its the difference between men and non-men.
