Probably the best case scenario is your insurance company defends your version and denies liability to the other driver (assuming this is pure conflicting statements and no citations were issued to you). This is a best case scenario IMO because if successfully denied/defended by your company you won't show an at fault loss on your record and have to pay for this for years via increased premium.

Some lazy adjusters may just go 50/50 on liability in these situations, so in that case you could get 50% of the damages to your vehicle but you'll show an at fault loss on your record. Good luck.
