i have a 92 honda prelude si that wont go over 50 mph... i have a guy offerin a mitsubishi eclipse spyder perfect condition with carbon fiber hood purple paint convertible. custom exhaust.. garrett turbo. new wheels and tires. and when he turns the key it just makes clickin noises... which can be the battery or starter... should i do it?? lemme know what yall think
