Just a quick up date...
First off, We had a blast in NC. The Dragon was awesome as usual and we were able to do some of the moonshiners 28 too. Though our first attempt was rained out we did managed to get back for another run soon after.
My first pix are of some damage the car, that occurred while driving thru Atlanta to NC, Maggie Valley. If I never get to drive thru that city again I will not lose any sleep. Some butthead dropped a floor mat or a mud flap in the highway...it was hit by another driver and it proceeded to slam into the bumper and driverside flip up cover....as you can see from the pix it was scuffed pretty good. Thankfully the damage was no where near as bad as it sounded. When it hit I thought there would be a big tear in the cover or a broken light, maybe worse. Luckily the damage was minimal.
I havent had a chance to wax it to see if the scuff will buff out all the way...but I'll post up the pix of the end results when I do. It did leave a decent sized rubber scuff on the nose though.
Not a good start, but that was the biggest issue I had with the car on the way to an from and in all the driving we did while in NC. Aside for a phantom dissapearence of my clutch master cylinder fluid...I hads no there issues. (filled the fluid and checked for leaks...none found - puzzling)
And, since this is a build thread I figured I would post up the pix of the flange that arrived in the mail while I was vacationing in the NC. This is the beginnings for the custom intake manifold for the superchargers intake/inter-cooler set up.

More to follow...
Thanks for looking,
