The thing is that you have no idea what your "used to be Tein" spring rates are or how much suspension travel you'll have left with them. My guess would be that you'll have maybe an inch of travel left, and the spring rate will not be sufficient to keep you from slamming the bump stops on anything that resembles a bump. This makes for a very harsh ride. The only way a shock can help that is by being obscenely stiff, which would keep the car off of the bump stops (most of the time), but would bring it's own harshness that would be felt constantly.
Another problem here is that you're completely stuck on brand names, which mean nothing by themselves. "Tein springs" can be anything. I have a pair of leftover Tein springs in my garage. They are 70mm diameter 7kg/mm race springs from a Miata coilover kit. Quite a different animal from any of the available Tein "lowering springs" on the market... and each of those lowering spring models is different from the next. So saying that they're "Tein" springs means nothing. And the fact that they have what you're guessing to be a full coil cut from them makes them even more of an unknown.
Same with shocks. "Tokiko" is a brand name. You can get shitty stock replacement Tokiko's, slightly better ones, decent adjustable ones, quite a variety of shocks... all of them say "Tokiko" on them.
Looking at your photo, I think your ride height is fine, and if you like the way it rides and handles, don't mess with it! What you need is a slightly taller and wider tire. Maybe a larger diameter wheel if you're into that sort of thing.
