Thanks sir. I'm making the trip on the 11th of June. The trip was a blast last time...but that was a ton of mods ago. Wheels, Brakes, 180sx (4.36) LSD, Header, Short Ram, Battery relocation, to name a few. One thing is for certain...the ride/feel of the car is much more aggerssive then last year. I could actually attack the dragons roads this trip as opposed to riding on it.
I'm currently running KYB AGXs up front and stock replacement z32 shocks on the rear. The springs are megan lowering springs. I like the spring rate of the front but the rear rate is way too soft. Saving up for coils, of course. Those will top off the suspension. But that install wont take place until after the motor is complete.

I grabbed the bushings from Autozone, same price as most catalogs and free shipping...plus you can get them by the piece from the store.

Use map gas (propane is fine too) to burn out the bushing, its a little faster (hotter). Clean the arms thoroughly and freeze the bushings to press them in. Its kinda neat how much easier they are to put in when they are cold. i dont have a press so this did the trick for me.
