So I bought an s13 hatch a while back, I notice that the outside of the tire is wearing down a lot faster than the inside. So I took the tire off and noticed these. What does this mean? bad bushing? bent arms? the pictures dont show much, just that they are crooked. any ideas?

I took it to a tire shop a few days ago to see if it was just my alignment, they wanted to put in a camber bolt, if it matters.
