What problems are you having? My f150 had over 250K hard miles on it. The only thing I changed was the throttle positioning switch (twice) the o2 sensors (once) and the idle motor (once). I also cleaned out the EGR passages (once). Really, barring any vacuum leaks, (like the one behind the battery that is fairly common) it was fine.
