Well, it's finally getting time to replace the stock brakes that came with the car 2 years ago. I've heard good things about EBC pads in the past, but I don't have any personal experience with them and really haven't heard anything about their rotors.
So, anyone have any input? I'm most likely going to get the Green pads since I'm worried about excessive brake dust and squeeling on the street with the Reds. What do you guys think?
Greens are the only pad EBC makes I would use on the streets. Everyone I have talked to who runs reds does them at auto-x/track days only. Their rotors are as good as anyone else's. I'm pretty sure they are actually manufactured by another company, but don't quote me on that.
So you'll finally be able to stop that beast. It's about time!
