Correct me if I'm wrong (I'm sure you will ), but it seems you are comparing apples and oranges. There are 9 and 10 second v-8's being driven on the street, to work, etc. Hell, I had one (10's) 5 years ago. Where are the 9 and 10 second STREET Honda's? If you want to compare track only purpose built cars, then same for both, but if we are talking street driven cars, I still say it is a long way away. Not saying it can't be done, hell I remember when someone was being interviewed about the Street Outlaw class in fun ford, they said the class would never go 8's on a 10.5 tire, now they are going 7's. It's ignorant to say it will never happen, I'd just like to know when?
