ive hada mk2 jetta, two B4 passats, a mk3 gti, and three corrado's. other cars ive had are honda, acura, oldsmobile. ill always stay with VW now that ive had experience to work on them. once you know them, its fine to maintain. if you get one because you think its cool and then something goes wrong, then you dont want to have a VW.

i completely agree with the above statement where most electrical issues are stupid previous owners, find a good vw and keep it a good vw and youre set
