Hook a guage up to check the pressure. See if you can hear the fuel pump prime when you turn the key on. It could be your fuel pump taking a dump. But if you want help with the optispark give me a call, ive done about a dozen or so and wiould be glad to help you save some cash.
I'll definately hit you up if the optispark turns out to be the problem.
