Wouldn't that be more of a shock/damper/coilover issue? What are you running for shock/springs and such? I'd lean toward a damper upgrade to stop the hopping around.
Ive done the ES bushing and they improve the "feel" of the car...more of a "point and shoot" feeling. It makes it feel more connected to the road surface. If youre bouncing around due to bushings you might want to stop driving until you address that issue. Also, not know what your driving, if your cars up there in age (10+ yrs) you cant help but improve your car by doing the ES swap...the bushings on the car now are old and worn from the trashing.
