Well said. I'm VERY picky with the Honda's I tune. If a Honda isn't 100% or damn near it. I usually won't touch it any more. Best advice I can give you. If they seem shady, unprofessional, don't have anything to show you, have an ad for $150 on Craigs List, etc ... Stay away. If you're looking for cheap disregard my entire post.
