After reviewing the fly-by it is as though he wasn't even racing an LS1. If you look at the video towards the end, after the fly-by you can see the fog light placement. In an LT1 the foglights are in the middle of the nose cone. On an LS1 the foglights are on the bottom outsides of the nose cone. You can also see the headlight pockets with the non-composite assemblies in them. He was "racing" an pre 98 LT1 and got worked that bad. Imagine if it had been an LS1. I say that because typically in stock form an LS1 is faster than an LT1. If he had raced an LS1 it would have been 8 bus lengths instead of 5 put on him. Just an observation..
The way I see it the driver of the Camaro shut down after the top of second(auto), or top of 3rd(manual), at around 60 or so miles an hour and left you that bad. Damn there is a lotta work to do to that cavalier to even get it on par with oh lets say a stock 4.6 mustang, that's just what I'm thinkin' ?? Just take baby steps before you try dancing next time.
