I see what you mean with the gloves. I hardly ever use them but I wait for he car to cool down which I wont have a chance in this fast paced environment. I do have the Harbor Freight Special gloves but I doubt they're heat resistant so I will look into a better pair of those as well. I do have some channel locks too so they'll help. I'm just overwhelmed with joy and I will be trying to impress while I work there but not with a know it all attitude. I've learned when any boss offers info or advice, listen and try what they said even if your way is better. Sometimes it makes the boss man feel more important, and if my dude Jake gets a job there too it'll be even better because we'll have that place running like a tight ship in the British Royal Navy.
