Though i'm sure those perma cool fans are a good bit overrated, pressure drop is an easy way for them to fudge numbers to look like they do more than they realistically can, 3300 cfm, out of a 12" pusher, is extremely unlikely, and i'm sure they've also got some super low claim to amperage draw to go with it.

However when comparing them to most cheap slim fans out there, this is no surprise that they did better. However going with something like OEM f-body fans, or spal, would work better, if what you've got fits decent, and gets the job done, the added benefits may outweigh the cost for you, though if you go adding a/c, might end up back in the need to upgrade boat.
