Thats a good idea that Ryu has about the stainless evo manifold. An Evo 9 turbo will suit your needs well...shouldnt have much problem squeezing out 350 with it. Regardless you should still learn how to read a compressor map...that will actually allow you to make an informed decision about what can flow the kind of air you want..
About the log mani, its not that there is a point that its not ok anymore. Its just less efficient.
