Exclamation !Need help with '95 coupe!

Sup TR,

I just got a Civic coupe that I am now fixing the problems that it has little by little.

About the car ...
- I replaced the inner and outer tie rods on the driver's side since they were bad. I have NOT gotten the car aligned since it's barely driven and I wanted to replace everything first
- It does need both axels replaced since they are clicking

What it does ...
- The car makes a TERRIBLE squeaking noise when I turn the wheel left or right, even if it's parked. Really doesn't do it as much when it's running and I'm making a turn. I have a short video of the noise so you guys/gals can hear.
- Also, once I'm at 40mph and up if I downshift or brake softly or hard, the steering wheel shakes badly. I have done some research and a lot of people say that it's warped rotors? I'm pretty sure the brakes are bad so I wouldn't be surprised if the rotors are as well. I just wanted to be sure of what it was exactly before going out and buying random parts.

Any help, advice, inputs would be greatly appreciated!!
