Taking off the bumper seemed to help alot so it is air flow to test this more i switched my intercooler with a buddies ebay special and that one seems to flow more air to the radiator then mine kept the car below 200 at the top hose on the interstate. The car does feel like it has less power with his intercooler for some reason.

So without bumper my intercooler 170 on highway
Buddies intercooler with bumper 180-190 on highway
my intercooler with bumper 190-200 on highway
All readings from tophose car gauge always at half or lower
