If its only getting hot when you are sitting still, with the a/c on, you need more airflow, either you need to upgrade to quality fans (cx racing, megan, isis) or whatever other bullshit out of indonesia is not going to move the air needed to keep the car cool at a standstill and with the a/c on. You can either get a quality condenser fan(s), or upgrade your main fans to something that will work good, grabbing a condenser fan from a J30, may fit and do the job, upgrading to something like a dual setup from SPAL, Derale, or oem fans from something that uses a quality setup will get you much better results.
A "cooling panel" you'll easily find available for s-chassis blocks the hood latch area before the radiator, forcing air to go through it, instead of around, also going through and sealing off the area around the edges helps direct air through the rad and condenser instead of around it. Another small one that will help is the silly looking prop the rear of the hood up with spacers, allowing air to better escape.
