the only time i am getting hot while driving slow is when the a/c is on other wise the temp is very good 150-165. The temp rises the faster the car goes so i am starting to lean towards air flow being restriced some where. Are you allowed to drive with the bumper cover off in florida? i am wanting to try this and see how it goes.
