I have a sct livewire tuner for a 99-04 mustang gt. Comes with tuner and hook up. It is locked but can be unlocked. A small blotch on the screen but doesnt affect the function of the tuner. Is in a place where nothing importand is anyway. Tuner works great and added alot of power. will read you hp/torque and 1/4th times. also has rpm meter and volts and more. Asking 200 obo.
