That's a hell of a lot of toe, no wonder you're killing tires.
I run 0 toe in the rear and only like .35 toe out (-0.35) in the front. They should be able to zero out the rear and adjust the front (you'll probably want toe in for the front) without needing anything unless your arms are bent to holy hell.
