ok so we have the car ready to start and we turn it over and nothing.so we check for spark and we have nothing.however we have 11.7 volts at the coil and also at the cap but there is no spark at all.we have tryed everything if anyone has any info please let me know.also the injector harness is only putting out 4 volts and it should be 12
