i doubt the 4 cylinder parts will work.
Might get lucky and be able to swap the bell housings and "make" it work, but it isn't anything I could find any info on.

here's a quote I found
i scored my parts truck from a local jy for $500. main things are trans, t-case(if 4x4) trans x-member, clutch pedal assembly and interior stuff like console and trans tunnel plate. everything else youll want new, like the cluthc kit, flywheel, master and slave cylinders, i had my clutch line custom made, but the beauty is the all the holes are there and its a bolt in swap. youll want to watch the wiring tho. best thing to do is unblot the gear selector from the auto, ziptie the swing arm in the neutral position. i hid mine in the front passenger fender beside the battery, behind the headlight. that will let you keep the stock ecm. just make sure and check your gear ratio. mine came with the 4.62 gears, the manual trucks came with the 4.37's. keep in mind that info is only good for the 4x4's as far as i know.
and a thread i found talking about the swap in a pathfinder...
Auto to Manual swap in progress... - Topic

you ought to be able to get everything you need from an old 1984-1989 300zx. things like the bell housing might be different... and maybe the tail shaft (that's that way it is with the 4 cylinder ones when using the parts from a 240sx)
other than that, the v6 pathfinders that same generation would be the only other place I can think of that you could get the parts you need.

and another thread with good info
