Like the title says im looking to buy 4x100 (4 lug universal is fine as well) 15" or 16" wheels that are wide or have low offset, even better if theyre both....

I have right around $650 cash in hand for wheel....please not that most of these arent worth more than 500-575 so dont think you might get lucky or im a sucker that you will come up on.... I know the game and been around it enough to understand how things work....
