SR is a couple inches taller, and the oil pan wont drop neatly into the spot the stock engine's does. So there will be a good bit of custom fitting. Nissan tranny seems to be about the right length to have the shifter come out in the same spot. Will need a custom drive shaft. Shouldnt be much of a weight difference, so handeling will be about the same. Should be a blast! If anyone else is interested, check us out and I will keep the board updated.
Why go through all that hassle and money though? You can easily go out a buy a kit for it.
