I love the truck but it started doing like this jerk when we are cruising at a constant speed. I bought this truck it with my own money for $4500 because I knew they had high resale value for just such an occasion. Like I said I like it and would like to keep it but I am afraid it might be getting ready to screw up big time.

P.S. Forgot to mention, I don't know very much about cars but could a problem with the Ignition coil be causing the jerk? If so how much to fix on a 4.3L Vortec?
