well guys, a local track just opened up near where i live, and last time they were open, they were holding $10 "drift" events, basically, pay $10 and bring/do whatever the fuck you want on the track...
now that they've reopened, i've been considering contacting the new owners about organizing some north central Florida drift events...
the track is a standard oval, with a X in the middle for figure 8's... it's a bit smaller than OSW/Desoto, and is actually kind of scary as all the oval is banked, even the straights...
"
Bronson Motor Speedway is in the northern part of Florida, exactly 15 miles Southwest of Gainesville.
The track is a high-banked, .375 mile asphalt oval and has been remodeled."
here's a day time vid...
Alex Shlagel - N/A KA red car
Tom sullivan - RB26
Hari? - SR20DET - white Kouki

pretty much all you need to know about the track layout and surface...
so what I'm doing here, is just gauging interest, as i don't want to talk to the owners, get a date set for an event, and then only have 3 people show up, as it could ruin another potential venue for Florida drifting...
so, if there's enough interest, i will aggressively pursue getting some drifting scheduled on the BMS track, thanks!!!
