there is a easy way & a hard way depending on your tools
the easy way is have someone repair it!
the hard wayull the head off,get a valve compresser tool (big C clap looking thing) replace all valve seals,put head on,adjust all valves,
(intake-- ..006 exaust--..007),put timing belt ON @ TDC,and your done.......IF U need help PM ME...........
