Default Questions about doing a swap, plus bolt ons on my crx with b16a

I have a running b16a crx and a crx shell.
I want to transfer the engine over to the shell crx
I have them nose to nose in my garage
I've never done any time of swapping motors, i'm still new to it all, but having a lack of $ has forced me to try to do it all myself
So before i start i'm looking for advise or possible help. For the right price i'd pay for all this work.
ok, so i have a stock b16a with gs-r tranny and stage 1 cluth
I have a zex nitrous kit (dry) looking to just spray like a 25 shot
I'll be getting the following turbo setup

Emusa t3/t4 turbo ( ebay brand / been balanced / no shaft play )
manifold ( ebay )
down-pipe
14 psi spring in wastegate
gsr blowoff valve(sounds amazing) ( never heard of it )
greddy intercooler
and all greddy piping.
and the gaskets
greddy piggyback ecu

1k miles on the kit used

I have oil temp/water temp/oil pressure/volt/fuel gauge with regulator/ 2 5/8" gauges

I was told i could run 6-8 psi with no upgrades

I was thinking i need the following still

p28 / 450cc injectors / intake manifold / 70 mm throttlebody / upgraded fuel rail / [ATTACH=CONFIG]149024[/ATTACH][ATTACH=CONFIG]149023[/ATTACH]msd ignition kit / walbro 255 fuel pump / boost gauge / air fuel ratio gauge ( wideband? )

Also when i swap it all over what should i take off first or put on last.

one crx has everything the other has all but tranny and engine
