its not a hard top, its a normal convertable, and what that previous owner was talking about was the driver seat is a little torn up and the roof has its flaws. also about the rear bumper, are you speaking about the black piece? if so its just a panel you can unbolt and replace with a new one, the car WAS NOT hit.
