Yes this happens all the time.
It's just something that happens.
I especially get it all the time with paint work. People want a top notch job but they think it's going to happen at Maaco prices and when they find out it's not going to happen they just half ass it. Usually those same people come back to me and want to know how much to fix their Maaco job.
