how much is the moates? also i dont know much about the moates is it a chip you have a shop burn a tune? or is it a stand alone.

im asking cause my buddy had some chip with a tune and he spent around 700 for the chip and the tune.i told him he would have been better off with a anderson pms.every time he does something new to the car he has to pay for another tuune which is stupid
