i understand black is ground, orange is power/5volts, and green is signal which adjusts as the throttle moves.
no offense but u all keep going in circles acting as if i dont know how to check the voltage on a tps.
im trying to figure out, CAN THIS BE THE PROBLEM? if not wat else can make it stay at WOT

i have a volt meter and know how to use it, i have a code scanner and know how to use it, i have chilton and haynes manual and know how to read them. but non of this stuff tells me the troubleshooting of my problems
