The car i talk about is in Miami. Thats 200 miles away. I use it as a example because it's local. If you think this is the only one running like this you are wrong. The car goes low 10's now (10.29) and it was at a sactioned event. Something alot of fast V-8's cant do because they cant meet track requirements. This honda is street legal. It wieghs 2,800lbs. It has all interior and exuhaust and A/C. The only thing he uses to get these times is race gas and NOS. Last time i checked so were the V-8's. The funny thing is the car we are building now is a 4 door. With the same engine that is in the car mentioned. Empathy almost beat juicedSS with 539. This motor is capable of 700+hp. It's all money. You guys are in for a rude awakining. If i told you my car would run 12's 5 years ago you would have laughed. I have proof you can see that a full interior honda has gone low 10's but i know it is not good enough and it's only one car.
Yeah you're right, 4 cylinders are getting fast. So I guess that means V8's are going back in time and getting slower also eh? You really need to get your head out of your ass and quit ASSuming just because we own V8's we're not aware of what else is out there. If anything, you're the one he needs to quit being closed minded about V8's. Do some research on the old tech, going backwards in time, pushrod LS1/LS6 V8 and my old tech quad cam 32v V8. You'd be amazed what you will learn.
