What i mean by times are changing is this. Imports and 4 bangers are getting faster. They now have full backing. Dodge, Saturn and major companies have finacialy backed the racers and give money for R&R. So yes hondas and 4 cylinders are getting to the point that they can beat the almighty V-8. The car i talk about is in Miami. Thats 200 miles away. I use it as a example because it's local. If you think this is the only one running like this you are wrong. The car goes low 10's now (10.29) and it was at a sactioned event. Something alot of fast V-8's cant do because they cant meet track requirements. This honda is street legal. It wieghs 2,800lbs. It has all interior and exuhaust and A/C. The only thing he uses to get these times is race gas and NOS. Last time i checked so were the V-8's. The funny thing is the car we are building now is a 4 door. With the same engine that is in the car mentioned. Empathy almost beat juicedSS with 539. This motor is capable of 700+hp. It's all money. You guys are in for a rude awakining. If i told you my car would run 12's 5 years ago you would have laughed. I have proof you can see that a full interior honda has gone low 10's but i know it is not good enough and it's only one car.
