Very debatable. It's really just gray hair, lots of forehead, wrinkles, pre-cancerous liver splotches and a voter ID that says Republican on one side and Tea Party on the other that give that impression. All the foregoing are useless except for the highly laudable and erudite Republican/Tea Party ID.
