yes. its true. lower compression and smaller cams. i had some valvetrain problems with the gsr head. the b16 head definitely made it pull harder. noticably faster. im not sure why. but yes. im well aware of what the difference is. as an update. the dizzy definitely needs replacing. other than that, its a healthy motor. everything internal is FACTORY.
