I have. Took my 06 Cbr600RR from tampa to Garden city KS in 5 days ( round trip ) back in 07 about 1500 miles each way. 2 days there. 1 day for wedding. 2 days back.

Rode my old 07 gsxr 1000 up and down the east coast from Boston - Fl quite a few times. Usually made it from boston to mid virginia before I got tired enough to stop. I think thats about 600 miles.
Jetting from from tampa to Miami and back is a joke.
On a good day, Kizzle and I have laid down at least 400 miles and that's just screwing around.

yea. I guess you can say that I am not new to the longer rides.

It's not crazy and with the right prep work done, it can be loads of fun.
